Yoga 1:1 Coaching
at the doctor's office in 1180 Vienna
Service Description
I'm delighted to offer yoga as one-on-one coaching, as it's nearly impossible to give individual attention and correct each student in a group setting. In these sessions, I'll focus entirely on your specific wishes and needs, meeting you exactly where you need support. The sessions take place at my practice at Währinger Straße 138/5 in 1180 Vienna and last 40 minutes. My one-on-one yoga coaching includes a comprehensive assessment to understand your goals and challenges. I will support and motivate you in every session to ensure you get the most out of your yoga practice and reach the next level. I look forward to accompanying you on your yoga journey and helping you achieve your goals!
