Shipping conditions
At Eva - love for health, you have a variety of payment options. Simply select your preferred payment method on the payment page.
We ship all our goods via our logistics company Logsta (Vienna). Orders placed before 1:30 pm usually leave our warehouses on the same day.
Right of withdrawal for private and business customers
Consumer (B2C)
is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Business customers (B2B)
Items are generally excluded from the right of exchange; however, in exceptional cases we grant an individual right of exchange.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
